It is a one and a half story home with a split floor plan that features 3 BR and 2.1 bathrooms on the main level, plus an upstairs bonus room with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. Other rooms include a large dining room, spacious living room with a fireplace, and an eat in kitchen with granite counters. The primary bedroom has double vanities, a garden tub, separate shower, and his/hers walk-in closets. The other 2 bedrooms on the main level have a shared bathroom.
